1. WHO PROVIDES WHAT SERVICE?
Investment Advisory Services
Advisory services are provided by TalkAboutHealth, Inc. DBA Advizmo ("Advizmo"), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Advizmo's internet-based advisory services are designed to assist clients in achieving discrete financial goals through automated portfolio management and tax optimization. These services are not intended to provide comprehensive financial planning, estate planning, insurance analysis, or advice regarding all aspects of a client's financial situation. Advizmo's services do not incorporate specific investments that clients hold elsewhere or in accounts outside of Advizmo.
Advizmo is not a tax advisor, attorney, or certified public accountant.
Brokerage Services & Custody
Brokerage services and custody are provided to clients of Advizmo by Interactive Brokers LLC ("IBKR"), an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC.
Your securities and cash are held in your account at IBKR, not by Advizmo. You will enter into a separate customer agreement with IBKR for brokerage and custody services.
Jurisdiction and Availability
Advizmo's investment advisory services are available only to United States residents in jurisdictions where Advizmo is registered. This is not an offer, solicitation of an offer, or advice to buy or sell securities in any jurisdiction where Advizmo is not authorized to conduct business. Any information provided on the Advizmo website or mobile application is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

Investment Risk
All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The likelihood of investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature.

Advizmo Is Not a Bank
Advizmo is not a bank and is not an FDIC-insured depository institution. Cash held in your account is not a checking or savings account. It is held in your IBKR brokerage account pursuant to your agreement with IBKR.
ETF-Specific Risks
Advizmo portfolios consist of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Investments in ETFs involve risks including:
Market risk and volatility
Tracking error (ETF performance may not match the underlying index)
Trading at prices above or below net asset value (NAV)
Liquidity risk during periods of market stress
Management and operational risks
Costs and expenses that reduce returns
Investment policies, management fees, and other information can be found in each ETF's prospectus, which should be read carefully before investing.
3. ACCOUNT PROTECTION
3.1 SIPC Coverage
Interactive Brokers LLC is a member of SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation), which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash) if the brokerage firm fails.
SIPC does not protect against market losses or investment performance.

3.2 Excess SIPC Coverage
Interactive Brokers LLC carries an excess SIPC policy with certain underwriters at Lloyd's of London, which extends the per-account coverage by an additional $30 million (with a cash sublimit of $900,000), subject to an aggregate firm-wide limit of $150 million.
This supplemental coverage provides additional protection against broker-dealer failure, not against loss of market value of securities.
Account Aggregation: For the purpose of determining account coverage, accounts with like names and titles are combined, but accounts with different titles are treated separately. Example: "Individual/John Smith" and "IRA/John Smith" are separate accounts for coverage purposes.
3.3 FDIC Sweep Program (Optional)
Interactive Brokers offers an optional FDIC-insured deposit sweep program for cash balances. This program sweeps eligible cash balances to deposits at participating FDIC-insured banks (currently 17 participating banks).
Coverage Limits:
Individual and organizational accounts: Up to $5 million
Joint accounts: Up to $10 million
This program provides FDIC insurance coverage for cash amounts exceeding the SIPC cash sublimit. The program is optional and subject to eligibility requirements and program terms. FDIC insurance protects against bank failure, not investment losses.

Futures and options on futures are not covered by SIPC or excess SIPC coverage.
All protections described above are against failure of the broker-dealer or bank, not against market losses or poor investment performance.

4. FEES AND COMMISSIONS
Advisory Fees
Advizmo charges an advisory fee for its investment management services as described in detail in our Form ADV Part 2A. Advisory fees are charged quarterly in arrears and are deducted directly from your account.
Commission-Free Trading
Advizmo does not charge commissions on trades. However, this policy may change in the future. If we begin charging commissions, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email.
What You Pay:
ETF expense ratios (internal fund fees, typically 0.03% to 0.20% annually)
Regulatory fees charged by the SEC and FINRA (pass-through fees required by law)
Wire transfer fees (if you choose wire transfer instead of ACH)
Account closure or transfer fees, if any
Currently Absorbed by Advizmo:
Securities transaction commissions charged by Interactive Brokers
ACH withdrawal fees
Standard custodial transaction fees

5. TAX-OPTIMIZATION DISCLOSURES
Effectiveness of Tax Strategies
The effectiveness of tax-optimization strategies employed by Advizmo to reduce your tax liability will depend on your entire tax and investment profile, including:
Purchases and dispositions in accounts outside of Advizmo (including a spouse's accounts)
The type of investments held (taxable or non-taxable)
Holding periods (short-term or long-term)
Your overall income and tax situation
Timing of capital gains recognition
Tax-Loss Harvesting Considerations
Tax-loss harvesting and other tax-optimization strategies may:
Generate capital gains and wash sales
Be subject to transaction costs and market impacts
Produce losses that may not be offset by sufficient gains
Be limited to a $3,000 deduction against ordinary income if losses exceed gains in a given tax year
Result in a lower cost basis for replacement securities, potentially increasing future tax liability
Loss Carryforward
Losses harvested through tax-optimization strategies that are not utilized in the current tax period may generally be carried forward to offset future capital gains. The utilization of harvested losses depends upon the recognition of sufficient capital gains in the same or future tax periods and may be subject to limitations under applicable tax laws.

6. TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONAL DISCLOSURES
Technology and Software Risk
Advizmo delivers investment advisory services through automated software and technology platforms. While we extensively design, develop, test, and monitor our software before deployment and continuously thereafter, it is possible that such software may not always perform exactly as intended, especially in unusual market conditions or circumstances.
System outages, software errors, technology failures, cybersecurity incidents, or connectivity issues could:
Delay trade execution
Prevent access to your account
Result in unintended transactions or account actions
Cause data inaccuracies or display errors
Advizmo continuously monitors and strives to detect and correct any issues that arise, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Trade Execution
Advizmo places trades on your behalf through Interactive Brokers during normal market hours. Orders may be aggregated with other client orders and executed in batches. There is no guarantee of immediate execution or specific execution prices.
Market conditions, order size, liquidity, volatility, and other factors may affect execution timing and pricing. Any delays in placing or executing transactions could reduce, perhaps materially, any profit earned in your account or could cause a material loss. Advizmo is not designed for real-time or high-frequency trading, and is not suitable for investors who require immediate trade execution or precise control over execution timing and pricing.
